Summer is coming!

I know it's still Spring, but we're already experiencing hot weather. Typically during our Summers, we don't receive much rain. Why is this important in regards to plumbing? Well, as the ground gets harder, due to lack of rain, it can stress out the water main in your yard and cause it to burst/leak. Fear not! I can fix it for you :)

Keep in mind that it's not always visible, i.e. a fountain or pool in the yard. What typically happens is that you'll get a larger than normal water bill. What happens next? Call me, I will come out and assess the issue, give a quote and we proceed with the work once you've approved. The silver lining is that you can show proof of the repair to the water authority and they will NOT bill you for the overages! That is some great news in a time when we need it.
